It is with the heaviest of hearts that we find ourselves without the smile of our most adventurous, Sam.
On February 10, 2018, Sam P. Grafton passed in a tragic kayaking accident. He is survived by his parents, Fred and Sabrina, and his two siblings Rowan and Nat.
Sam will be remembered by all of us as someone who brought passion, laughter, curiosity, thoughtfulness, integrity and a deep care for humanity to all he encountered.
If you have the means to do so, please consider donating to help offset the cost of a memorial service for Sam, and give his family some time to grieve the devastating loss of their son and brother. We don’t want any of them to have to return to work until they are ready to.
