Help my family evacuate from Gaza

Hello, my name is Salam Taleb, I am 24 years old. I am the hope of my family abroad. Together we will try to make up for what we lost. I created this fundraiser in the hopes that it will help my family of 11 get through a life that has become destitute.

My family is living in very difficult circumstances in Gaza after October 7, as they were displaced from their home 8 times and my father was killed, and the days became more difficult after his death. My family now lives in a tent unfit for human habitation, and in harsh humanitarian conditions.

Our house was completely destroyed. My father finished building it only a year ago. Love, joy and happiness filled the house. We were preparing for my older brother's wedding, but our dreams were destroyed. The house was bombed, my father was killed, and joy died.

I live outside Gaza. When my father died, I was not able to say goodbye to him. Now I am afraid of not meeting my family, so I am collecting donations to rescue them to a safe place outside Gaza.

My mother now needs a quick operation on her eye. Since the beginning of the war, we have been trying to perform the operation, but the occupation destroyed all the hospitals. The health situation is getting worse. My mother must travel as soon as possible. This can happen with your help.

I am making a sincere appeal to you. My primary concern is the safety and survival of my entire family, especially after my father was martyred in the cruel war.

My family consists of 11 people, including 4 children, all facing unimaginable challenges. In order to provide them with an opportunity for a better life, we are seeking to raise £50,000.

With this amount, we hope to secure their transfer to a safe country, in order to rebuild their lives. In addition, the funds will be used to cover their basic living expenses during this transition period.

I believe that ensuring their safety and helping them in this way will allow them to regain a sense of stability and look towards a brighter future.

My older brother had a good job and a great life. He is now left with nothing to support an entire family. He spends his day in lines for water and food. His life became tiring and exhausting.

My younger brother, 17 years old, was in his final year of school. He had a big dream of going to university. He dreamed of becoming a great football player. He won several awards because he is creative.

I share these painful stories with you to encourage you to empathize with the immense grief we are experiencing. Through compassion and togetherness, we can begin to heal and foster hope for a better future.
