Help Us Survive After Losing Everything
Hello, my name is Fawzi. I write these words with a heavy heart, but also with the hope that someone will hear my plea. My brothers and I lived a simple life before the war completely destroyed our home in Gaza. Suddenly, we found ourselves homeless, searching for any shelter that would protect our frail bodies from hunger and cold. We took refuge in an UNRWA school, where we spent two months in harsh conditions, struggling to adapt to a reality we never chose. The suffering never ends.
The loss of our home was just the beginning of our pain...
My uncle was injured when a house was bombed over his head, leaving him permanently disabled and in dire need of medical treatment. He is no longer able to work or even care for himself. My cousin was killed by an explosive bullet in his head, with shrapnel scattered throughout his body, leading to his martyrdom.
We struggle every day just to find food and clean water. Hunger is a daily battle, and we fear what tomorrow may bring.
Winter is getting colder, and we don't have warm clothes. Our bodies are shivering, our shoes are torn, and we are trying to fight the bitter cold with everything we have.
How can you help?
Every donation, no matter how small, can be a lifeline:
$10 is enough to provide a warm meal for one day.
$30 helps provide clean drinking water for our family.
$50 contributes to my uncle's treatment and eases his pain.
$70 helps us buy warm clothes to protect our fragile bodies from the bitter cold.
Share our story, save our lives.
If you can't donate, please share our story. Someone you know could be the help we so desperately need. Sharing our story could mean the difference between life and death.
Every bit of help means so much. We need you now more than ever... Please don't leave us alone in the dark.
