Support me and my kitties with safety and healing?

Aloha!

I'm Brooke, some of you may know me as Listen ToOurMotherEarth, and I'm excited to share my dream with you, and a bit about my loss and my needs.

Many of you may not know me, so I'll start with why to help me, my cats and `āina/land/food forest, even though there are so many people out there that need help.

I have a beautiful place to offer to trustworthy, respectful people!

While I do very much need donations, what I am also really needing, is help finding someone trustworthy to come stay here, to care for this food forest in Hawai`i.

Do you know anyone that may be interested in coming to stay in Hawai`i and help out for a week, a month or more?

1. I am passionate about helping others, so helping me will help many more.

My beautiful and talented daughter Irene and I moved to Hawaii 13 years ago and built our own homes, off-grid. We have been planting and caring for over 20 varieties of fruit trees and plants and have been tending this food forest using sustainable permaculture practices.

Tragically my incredible daughter died unexpectedly in October of 2022, at the age of 23 years old. This has turned my life completely upside-down. I have been deeply grieving this heart-breaking loss in isolation and I need help.

This is why I need to find temporary helpers, and heirs, because I have been here alone and isolated since she died and that has been extremely challenging.

I dream of co-creating a Sanctuary for Pollinators, and grievers, to provide safe space for healing, in harmony with the Earth and each other.

So this donation will ripple good into the world, as I pay it forward, in many ways, including hosting and teaching permaculture to those who come here to help me, caring for these 3 adorable cats, and all the beautiful plants and trees here.

I'm also open to sharing anything else that members are interested in, like how to live on very little money, and in deeper harmony with the Earth, and how to create a more sustainable life, one baby step at a time.

2. Im an INFJ, the rarest personality type that is only 1% of the worlds population, and there are many things that are driving us towards extinction. INFJs are known as the advocates, and we need more safe places for Advocates to safely live and work. INFJ's are rare, and that's why I need your help finding them, or INFP's and other MBTI types that understand and can show appreciation and respect for INFJ's.

3. Are you or your loved one an animal or fruit lover?

This GoFundMe is also to support my cats, one of which is 13 years old and has rotting back teeth, Cosmo, and the others recently got fleas, after not having fleas here for many years.

4. We have been cultivating a food forest and have many edible and medicinal plants and trees that can be propagated and planted in other locations, some are rare, like whats in the picture below, giant lilikoi, or passionfruit. Its super delicious and one of my favorite foods.

Im also interested in working with investors who would like to make a profit with me by purchasing raw lots and co-creating them to become sustainable homesteads.

Here is an incomplete list of the Edible and medicinal trees and plants I care for:

Bananas, coconuts

ulu (breadfruit), avocados, jackfruit, cacao, chempajak, chempadaks, abius, star apple, Jaboticaba, white sapote, chocolate sapote, tangerine, tangelo, orange, lemon, surnam cherries, mulberries, durian, soursop, rolenia, lilikoi; yellow, red, Jamaican and giant lilikoi, cinnamon, several varieties of bamboo, hala, vanilla, lots of kukui and sunflowers

Inca nut, Collards, bele, okinawan spinach, peppers, oregano, basil, kali haldi and more!

What I need most of all are potential heirs and visitors to come learn about permaculture and experience living in harmony with the Earth, while helping to care for this place, the kitties and plants, and allow me to rest, and maybe follow me with a camera and make a living putting videos online like some people do. Then one day maybe help me in co-creating a Sanctuary for Pollinators and Survivors!

Please share this with anyone who may know compassionate folx to inherit my land and all our valuable things. Heirs would need to start off as friends, or respectful work traders or renters, and learn from me how to take care of the place, and what and where all the things are.

What I also need are buyers, please contact me if you know anyone who may be interested in buying 1-3 acres, size and price are all negotiable, this would be a great place to survive when the grid goes down, there are cabins, food forest and a large greenhouse!

Ive been living and growing food here, off grid, since 2012.

Here is more about me if you're curious:

I've been living in this jungle for the past 12 years, since 2012, when my daughter Iriene and I came to Hawai`i from Costa Rica. I was only able to afford this because of being in a car accident, where I was rear ended while at a stop sign. I settled for much less than I deserved, as I received permanent injuries from the accident, and still experience pain from.

I need companions, on the land, and by phone, that are honest, empathetic, compassionate, dependable, helpful, adaptable, curious, respectful, and honor what I have lived through and learned from (some of the hardest things anyone could ever experience, including incest, scapegoating in my family and then again in many more environments) and loosing my daughter in Oct 2022.
