Safety For All ATX

Community creates. We are in an extraordinary and unprecedented time, the FBI has released reports of anticipated violence at all 50 state capitols. Safety for All is preparing ways to help our unsheltered neighbors evacuate downtown Austin safely in the event that violence does erupt. Below is a list of opportunities to support our fellow citizens who are houseless in a time of threat and violence.

Right now our #1 focus is raising funds for 7-day bus passes. Each pass is $11.25, and we are aiming to purchase and distribute about 600 of them this weekend. Thanks to our awesome network, we have already collected enough donations to cover passes for 54 of our unsheltered neighbors in less than 2 hours! Keep up the momentum! Only 546 passes left!
