Hello!

We are Safe Space Sheffield, a Queer, Trans run initiative aiming to highlight businesses who pledge to create a safe and welcoming space in Sheffield. We've already seen huge success with over a dozen local businesses making a pledge for a better Sheffield, but we don't want to stop there!

We want to be able to put on events and gatherings for Trans and Queer folks in Sheffield to come together, celebrate each other and strengthen community bonds for the better.

To do this, we're launching this very small fundraiser to gather funds needed to make events like this possible. Any amount you send will be used responsibly and transparently for promotion - including flyers, stickers, etc - and items needed for the events.

We aim to be very lean with how we opperate and will use any funds we have exclusively for events, promotion, and Safe Space Sheffield resources such as stickers or other physical goodies we wish to send to pledging businesses!

We hope you'll consider lending some aid to our cause, either through a donation or sharing our initiative, but regardless know you are welcome, you are loved, and we hope to see you at an event in future.
