Safe sleeping for Hollie

Hello we are hoping to raise enough money to fund Hollies care base snug which will be around £7000 we have until roughly November time to do so!  Hollie has a loan of a snug base at the moment but will sadly have to be returned,this has made such a massive difference to her life!  Hollie was diagnosed with ventriculoromegaly in the womb very late into pregnancy!  Hollie came early due to complications and after a ct and mri it was found she has agenesis of the corpus collosum and colpocephlay she also had a bleed to the brain! Hollies future has also been uncertain and always will be she is non verbal and understands little to no verbal communication which is a challenge in itself as she causes herself harm due to frustration she is also registered blind !  Hollie is also jej or gastro fed over night which is a challenge as she only sleeps up to 3 hours a night and myself and Hollies dad take turns at been awake with her!  Hollie has developed many other issues during her short 3 and a half years and has spent a great deal of time in hospital!  Shes going for another mri as she has developed seizures and they think their is possibly more damage to the brain which would have been unclear at birth!  She is also going on a genetic programme out with the NHS  to try and find out what condition she actually has as its still unknown! This can take up to a year if they manage to get bloods but because hollies veins are non existent getting bloods or a line in is almost impossible!  We may never get an answer as only 33 per cent of families will!  We have been told if hollie developmentally progresses anymore it will not be much more than the level she is at now and she will always need life long 24 hour care!  The care base snug offers safety from harming herself and these are not available other than funding yourself or charity's which under the circumstances of the recent pandemic we are unsure how much help will be available to us!  We hope to fundraise in other way also! We don't like to ask for help but we have been left with no choice! I could talk about hollie  all day but more than happy to talk it over if anyone wants to know how her condition impacts on her life!
