Safe passage for my family .save my children

I am Ibrahim from Sweden, and I am deeply saddened by this fundraiser. But I am participating in this campaign to help my friend’s family, so that they can leave Gaza to protect their children

I am Alaa Abu Salim, a mother of three children, Habiba, 8 years old, Aser , 5 years old, and Dalida, 2 years old .

We are from Gaza, which has been under siege for years and whose people have been subjected to genocide since October 7. Until this moment, the aggression and bombing of our people in Gaza has not stopped, in addition to all kinds of suffering, torment and violations. . Slow death due to hunger, thirst, displacement, spread of diseases and inability to obtain any medical care. . And the constant threat of death due to the continuous bombing. Since the beginning of the war, my family and I have been displaced from our home in Gaza City, which was destroyed by the occupation, and we headed south to the city of Deir al-Balah, where we were displaced more than four times due to the continuous bombing and the Israeli occupation’s threat to us to evacuate the places where we are located and in which My daughter Dalida was injured The two-year-old girl, and you can imagine the amount of pain and fear she went through, and we are now living in completely inhumane conditions.

Until I found myself now in need of someone to help me and my family get out of Gaza, to give my children a chance to live without fear, and the danger of death follows them everywhere. It is not reasonable for me to stand idly by and wait for my turn to die. After all these years of fatigue.

My daughter, Habiba, 8 years old, dreams of becoming a doctor specializing in heart surgery. I always feel that her heart will stop due to the intensity of fear and terror as a result of the repeated bombing. I tried to help her overcome this through drawing and colors, so “Beautiful Life Hospital” was the name she gave to her first drawing during the war, in which her sister Dalida and the children who were injured by the war would be treated.

My child, Aser, 5 years old, has a passion for discovery and wants to become an engineer, but since October 7, he has been experiencing a strong psychological shock. He began to stutter in his speech as a result of fear. Since birth, Aser has suffered from a disc disease that appears on his body and requires special treatments that are not currently available in Gaza due to the collapse of the health system and the scarcity of special supplies to treat him. Aser’s condition has worsened due to the fear and terror he is experiencing.

Now, after we have lost everything, we are trying to save our children so that they can live a decent life that respects their basic rights (their right to life, health, education, and play like the rest of the world’s children).

The cost of exiting using the current border permit system is about $5,000 per person over the age of 15.

This is a reliable route and we know many people who have already managed to cross the border this way.

In total, I will need $50,000to move out my entire family and provide a decent life for our children and housing.
