Safe Our Home from HOA Foreclosure & Sale

Hello, I'm Glory. My Family and I are just weeks away from Foreclosure and Sale of our Home. But, if I can raise the money we can Save our House.

Our Family is a party of three Persons with Disabilities. My husband is 85 with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Heart, Kidney, Diabetes, and Endocrine Diseases. I am 69 with Heart Disease, Spinal Degeneration from Injuries, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue. My 38 year old Daughter has Cerebral Palsy since Birth, Hypertonia of her Muscles, Agoraphobia, Autistic, Communication & Processing Difficulties, and Panic Attacks. We all suffer from PTSD and Depression.

We fell behind with our Mortgage and Homeowners Association Fees when I was forced into Early Retirement due to Health Issues. Tnen, my youngest Daughter became Critically ill and Passed Away at age 30. I was able to Set-up a Repayment Plan with our Mortgage Company which brought us Current after several months. I notified and sent the Homeowners Association about our Hardships and explained that we couldn't pay extra money for our Mortgage Company and them at the same time. As soon as I finished the Repayment Plan that I would pay them. The month before our Mortgage was Current, the Homeowners Association's Lawyer filed a HOA Foreclosure and Sale Final Judgement with the County Court. They refused to work out a Reasonable Payment Plan with us. I have applied for Refinancing, Home Equity Loan, Reverse Mortgage, and Personal Loans. We were unable to get any Financial Help due to our Poor Credit Scores.

What makes this even worse is that we need to find and pay a Moving Company to Pack and Move our Belongings into Storage because all three of us cannot because of our Disabilities.

We have no family that will help with the money or are able to take us in. Rents in my area are so much higher than Our Mortgage is.

It is hard having to ask people for help, but we are desperate.
