From November 17th to November 30th, I will be walking every single day in memory of my uncle and all the men we’ve lost to suicide.

This is something that means the world to me, and I want to raise awareness, start conversations, and show support for anyone who is struggling.

I’m doing this in support of Safe Castle Bellingham, a wonderful place built from heartbreak and hope. They lost their two sons to suicide, and now they dedicate their time to helping others who are fighting silent battles.

My goal:

To raise awareness, raise funds, and remind men that your life matters, your feelings matter, and you are never a burden.
