For Sadie Gray - My friends mother has unfortunately fallen victim to an elaborate scam that leaves seniors with high interest mortgages that they can't afford to repay

This story was reported on the CBC's show Marketplace ( March 2023) - homeowners are at risk of homelessness and the loss of life savings including the entire equity in their homes - Since a lien has been placed on her home (over 200,000$) and court costs are rising Sadie is fully affected by this -

People will know Sadie as a permanent staple of Amherstview - volunteering for youth sports for over 30 years either at the arena or ball diamond - Bob and Sadie have raised their family in the same home for over 50 years - It is our wish for her to remain there for as long as she is able - It is sad to see someone giving of herself for other being taken advantage of 8 months after the passing of her husband Bob

Any help would be appreciated -
