In memory of AbdulQadir Shire, who returned to his Lord on 11th March 2026 (22nd Ramadan). AbdulQadir left behind a wonderful family – a beautiful wife, four daughters and a son – who have set up this sadaqah jariyah (a continuous charitable gift) in his memory. The funds will be distributed to trusted registered charities, which will be confirmed on this page in the coming weeks. In particular, we are looking to support continuous water facilities, with locations to be decided soon.

The Messenger of Allah (‎ﷺ) was asked, “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water”’. [Abu Dawud]
