Sadaqah jariyah for our beloved brother Ahmed Hassan.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.

We gather in memory of our beloved son,brother and uncle Ahmed Hassan, whose departure from this world came to an unexpected end on Saturday 1st March 2025( 1st day of Ramadan) in Manchester. As we reflect on his life, we remember a man of exceptional character, who provided joy to his family and friends. Our dear brother Ahmed was the most genuine, kindest and generous brother, with unmatched sense of humour to everyone around him.Ahmed’s sudden loss has left a painful void in all our hearts.His absence is truly felt by the whole family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In keeping with teachings of Islam, we as the family would like to initiate Sadaqah Jariyah in Ahmed Hassan’s honor. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity); knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him". The funds raised will be channeled into projects that will provide continuous benefits, such as building well, madrasa, masjid or supporting orphans. These deeds will, insha'Allah, accrue ongoing rewards for Ahmed, aiding him in his journey beyond this life. May Allah widen his grave, Ameen.

Every donation, no matter the size, is valuable for Ahmed. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that even half a date in charity can be enough if given sincerely and there is no act of charity in this life that is more lasting and rewarding than giving Sadaqah Jariyah.So please donate any amount to our beloved brother Ahmed.
