Sadaqah Jariyah for Amro Khaireldin

Donation protected
It is with a saddened heart that I announce the death of my beloved brother Amro Yousry Khaireldin, who passed away on the 1st of Ramadan 1447 (2026).

Amro was a warm-hearted and deeply loved person who was known for helping those around him. Anyone who knew him can testify to his kindness, generosity, and sincere character.

He spent much of his time in ibadah, prayer, and remembrance of Allah. He was someone who tried his best to live a life pleasing to Allah. He loved giving charity and helping people in need, often quietly and without wanting recognition. His life was centred around worship, kindness, and supporting others.

In honour of his memory, we are raising funds to establish a Sadaqah Jariyah in his name by building a water well to provide clean drinking water to those in need, inshaAllah. Something as simple as water can change lives, and every person who drinks from this well will be a source of ongoing reward for him.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”
(Sahih Muslim)

He ﷺ also said:

“The best charity is giving water to drink.”

And the Prophet ﷺ said:

“Charity does not decrease wealth.”
(Sahih Muslim)

Allah also tells us in the Qur’an that the example of those who give charity for His sake is like a seed that grows seven ears, and in every ear is one hundred grains — meaning Allah multiplies the reward many times over.

By donating, you will not only help provide clean water to those in need, but you will also share in the reward every time someone drinks from the well, makes wudu, or benefits from it. Both Amro and everyone who contributes to this Sadaqah Jariyah will continue receiving reward, inshaAllah.

For those seeing this during the last blessed nights of Ramadan, these are nights in which deeds are multiplied and one night is better than a thousand months. Take this opportunity to give charity and help our brother in his grave through an ongoing act of goodness.

Every donation counts, no matter how small.

May Allah accept from you, forgive Amro, widen his grave, fill it with light, and grant him Jannat al-Firdaws.
Ameen.
