Sadaqah Jariyah for our beloved father Hirsi

إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون
Our beloved father, Hirsi Aw-Abdi Sheikh Muxumed has returned back to our creator, Allah SWT.
Everyone knew him and will always know him as a true embodiment of resilience and love.
Our father Hirsi suffered a stroke in 2009. Despite the physical challenges, he lived a happy life, always smiling and never complaining. His strength and Imaan were evident in his constant utterance of 'Alhamdulillah,' even with his speech impairment, it was one of the few words that were so easy for him to say.
He was a devoted father who gave his all to ensure our happiness and well-being. He loved and remembered everyone, even the smallest details. In his condition, our father never forgot those in need. He constantly gave Sadaqah and helped anyone he could.
In his last few months, he sadly battled Motor Neurone Disease (MND), an incurable illness that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, leading to muscle weakness and eventually loss of movement. Despite this, his beautiful and kind character remained unchanged. Allah (SWT) only tests those He loves, and our father was a testament to this.
In his honor, we are raising funds for Sadaqah Jaariyah (continuous charity), that will reward him in the hereafter. Your generous contributions will help us build wells, support education, and provide essential aid to those in need.
Our dear father Hirsi leaves behind 4 daughters and his youngest son (15). May Allah SWT grant our family Sabr to get through this difficult time.
“Whatever you give in charity is certainly well known to Allah” 2:273
May Allah (SWT) reward your generosity and grant our dear father Jannat-ul-Firdaus, forgive his shortcomings, widen and illuminate his grave. Allahumma Ameen.
