SABE Peace Walker Winter Gear Prep

Hello Everyone; as you may or may not know, SABE Peace Walkers currently support The Osborne Village to promote community connection and safety. We have been fortunate enough to secure some funding for a 17-week pilot project. We are outdoors patrolling for the entirety of each shift five days a week. As the weather changes to extreme cold, we hope to secure additional funds to purchase some much-needed winter gear and equipment for our staff team. This will include gloves, jackets, toques, ski pants, boots, medical supplies, harm reduction equipment, a utility wagon and more. We want to be sure to allow our staff to support the people of the community in a safe and good way during our intense winter. Thank you everyone for your continued support and kindness.
