Hello! My name is Jacklyn. I am setting up this Gofundme to help one of the most generous, loving and kind humans this world has ever seen. Not only would this guy do the same to help any of you if he could... but he would also fight a pack of hungry and horny wolves, while stuck inside of a Waikiki port-o-potty, with one hand tied behind his back and an anal bead flail strapped to his forehead as his only defense, for ANY of his friends or family.

 

Hannibal Puma Jr, better known as Junior/JR, is a well respected member of society and his beloved lowrider community. JR has been in the lowrider scene for over 20 years but now he has been stricken by financial and emotional hardship, to the point he is faced with selling his much loved and award winning hopper just to relieve some of his strain. WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN!! I know he has made a huge impact in so MANY peoples lives, not only by being a helpful friend to so many of you but also filling so many of your homes with light and laughter.

 

On February 15. 2021, the day after Valentine's Day, Jr came home to find his wife (to protect her name, we will call her AMBER) of 23 years had packed her belongings and moved into the home of Jr's good friend and coworker, leaving the children behind in his care for a while so she could 'get settled in'. Jr has been residing in his family home that he grew up in his whole life. She moved to Ewa Beach with her new boyfriend, that she had been having an affair with for a long time behing his back.

 

During this long court/divorce battle, Amber has continued to harass Jr and break TRO many times, including one time by showing up at his own father's funeral, where she told him "I dont care if thats your dad and you are the paul bearer, i was there first so you should've left" The level of distress she is putting him through is both disheartening, insensitive and without remorse.

 

Jr retained an attorney, that ended up ripping him off for thousands of dollars and never filed anything for his divorce/custody. During the long 7 months of retaining her, she avoided all of his calls and prolonged his divorce proceedings, in order to extend his balance owed. She was a huge scam. He recently fired her but now he must start all over with a new lawyer, which means thousands more in legal fees. His retainer quote for the whole process is approximately $10k. In a world where the justice system typically sides with the woman automatically and fails the loving/doting father, we want to give Jr the best possible opportunity to share his story with the court.

 

As if the attorney fees weren't challenging enough, Amber has been weaponizing his grieving/elderly mother and constantly isolating Jr from his own family. She continues to show up first to his family functions, like his own moms mother's day celebration, in order to prevent Jr from being able to attend. She refuses to leave and taunts him via text message to say things like, "does it hurt your feelings that your family loves me more than you?". This is UNACCEPTABLE! At a time when he needs his family the most, he feels so alone because of her actions to isolate him. Furthermore, Jr's mother is old school Filipino and doesn't believe in divorce, nor does she approve of Jr now dating a "white lady". Amber has been desperately trying to convince his mother to kick Jr out of his own family home so she can come back... to the house she left a year prior for Jr's friend!! The audacity is so strong with her! This is causing a huge emotional strain on Jr and his mothers relationship. Although Jr is the sole tenant there, Amber uses the fact that Jr's mother owns his family home, as a way to show up at the house and harass him/break TRO. Jr has filed many police reports but nothing is stopping her from her toxic and abusive cycle.

 

She continues to be neglectful towards the children; not doing homework with the youngest and getting all of them to school LATE between 25 and 42 days just this year alone, causing the youngest to have a delay in his learning, which now requires summer school. Jr has had the boys in therapy since she abandoned them but Amber continues to cancel the kids therapy or just not show up at all, claiming "they dont need therapy Jr, you do". She is refusing to coparent in a healthy manner and this creates such a toxic environment for the children.

 

Jr is under an intense amount of stress, so much in fact, that therapy has been ineffective for him. He is so distraught and cries tears of defeat . In order for Jr to find some source of mental and emotional peace in his life, he needs your help in raising funds to help him to pay for his attorney so he can rightfully win custody of his children, move out of his toxic household situation, remove Ambers ability to stalk his home and create a more mentally stable condition for all of them. Jr feels so defeated and could really use your uplifting support.
