Christmas Donations for Families in Need

In-House Escrow's Friends, Brokers and Vendors have selected 2 Families in our Spokane and Seattle markets to provide, deliver and set up fully decorated Christmas trees for. Our goal is to also provide $1,500 in gift cards to each family to make this Holiday Season extra special for them.

If we raise more than our goal, ALL funds will be donated to more families or charities in need!
