On the 19th of April 2026, i will be taking on my first ever marathon, running Bristol to Bath, to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society.

My dad, John, is currently declining from Alzheimer's disease.

Watching him navigate the challenges of this illness has been the hardest part for me and our family. From the person who was able to help at almost anything to a person who is struggling to walk or communicate.

Ill be running this for my dad, and for every other family affected by Alzheimer's.
