<div>On the 19th of April 2026, i will be taking on my first ever marathon, running Bristol to Bath, to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society.

<div>My dad, John,  is currently declining from Alzheimer's disease.

<div>Watching him navigate the challenges of this illness has been the hardest part for me and our family. From the person who was able to help at almost anything to a person who is struggling to walk or communicate.

<div>Ill be running this for my dad, and for every other family affected by Alzheimer's.
</div>
