jayden was born march 2004 due to complications at birth he was born with 3 different types of cerebral palsy. throughout jaydens life he has has 22 operation countless near death experiences and he has beaten all the odds to get to the age he is today.

over the last year jaydens health has declined rapidly due to pneumonia and sepsis which is the biggest killer to people with jaydens conditions. where jayden is so complex the services are saying unless jaydens mum can have 50/50 shared care with myself and my partner then jayden would be better off in a care home which as a family we cannot let this happen. but in order for this to happen and for jayden to be able to be at our home we need to make the required adjustments which although we don't have an exact figure yet we think this is going to exceed 20k.

this is why we need your help. we don't have time on our side to save the money ourselves and we want to be able to make the most amazing memories as a family and continue to keep that infectious smile on jaydens beautiful face.
