My sister Noel, is an honest, God fearing, loving, caring mother with a heart of gold. After having enough of being repeatedly abused, my sister recently filed for divorce and a restraining order against her abusive husband that used her for citizenship and took him to court in order to protect herself as well as her two children.


The judge ruled and granted the father custody with no grounds for it, giving primary custody to the father who is now also facing continuance of domestic violence charges. Before then and since then my niece and nephew have been crying out for help to anyone who will listen about the psychological manipulation, and physical abuse they’ve endured at the hands of their father and his family. Facts came out in court that multiple cps reports have been filed by people that the children have complained to about their father.


PER CPS' SUGGESTION to file a EMERGENCY protection order for the kids after concerns she went back to court for a second custody hearing only for the same judge to reduce her to every other weekend down to an hour of supervised visitation with a person of the fathers choosing separately with each kid. The judges ruling has put her children back into imminent danger. The children have attempted to advocate for themselves in this matter by voicing their fears. The oldest of the children tried to run into the local sheriffs station during an exchange with her father. Also, before the judge and the public, both children refused to go to their father/abuser in court. Instead of considering their verbal outcries, the judge, at the suggestion of the father’s counsel, had every witness, including their own mother and her counsel removed from the courtroom. This left the children alone and without legal counsel in the sole presence of their abusive father, his counsel and this judge. Their screams and cries were heard through the locked doors of the courtroom. These children were later forced out of the back of the courthouse and into a police vehicle, while being firmly grasped by their father. They never stopped crying out.


This account is only one of so many wrongs that have occurred throughout this case. My sister is a single mom, a provider, and a protector and it is time to let the children's voices be heard.


The judge has violated the rights of a loving mother and her beautiful children to be a healthy family and live together in safety. I will speak up! This is WRONG and ENOUGH  IS ENOUGH! We are asking for donations to hire a child advocate and an attorney so that the children will finally have a voice in this and can speak up to express all that they have endured and don't have to continue going through this trauma.
