This has to be one of the hardest things I had to write, but I’m doing it because family needs help, and time is Not on my side.

On the night of Nov 13th, 2024, a sheriff came to my house at 9pm, informing me that the father of my daughter Jolie, had placed a temporary restraining order on myself, using false allegations. Granting the unneeded protection not only for himself, but also listing our daughter Jolie as “a protected person”. In doing so, the order allowed removal of all my custody rights with Jolie. Since then, I have fought my hardest to secure my family, and be granted back my equal rights, and to have shared custody of my daughter. Sadly the court system has failed me, by trialing unfairly and assisting Jolie’s father in emotionally damaging my family, for the last 10 months. I stood very little chance representing myself in court, fighting against a shameless lawyer. And with these matters, justice often comes with a price tag. So finally I’m deciding to get the much needed help my family deserves, as the courts have completely stopped allowing me to plead for my rights to a fair trail. Ive recently found a great lawyer, who has a plan to make it all right. It just cost more money than I can afford. I’ve exhausted every option and even drained my savings. So now this brings me to GoFundMe, and why I need your help…I’m not asking for anything extravagant, just a fair chance. A chance to stand in court with a lawyer who will fight for my family. I’ve done everything a mother can do…except afford the legal support, that is now desperately needed. 100% of all donations will go to my heart-wrenching custody battle.
