Before I get started here I just want to say I have swallowed a whole lot of pride and a good amount of my ego to be able to finally reach out and ask for help.
   My name is Ryan Clark and that handsome boy with me in the picture is my whole world, my son, Alexander.
   Recently we have fallen on hard times due to, unsurprisingly, the covid-19 pandemic. My job of the past three years has closed due to lack of business, which has left me scrambling to pay rent and afford other essential items, groceries, child care etc. 
   But I feel to give you a better picture of myself I need to go back. Three years ago I made the choice to pull myself out of a very dark place and get sober. A year later, on my one year sobriety date I was blessed with my baby boy, Alexander.
Every day I strive to teach and help him grow into a strong and kind young man.
   I have been proactive in searching for work daily but have been unsuccessful finding anything stable thus far. I am hoping by reaching out on this platform I can secure the financial help I need to continue my search for employment, including repairs on my car which would greatly increase my odds, and stay up to date with ongoing bills.
   Thank you all for taking the time out of your busy lives to read this and a special thank you to those of you reading this who are able to sympathize with my situation and are willing and able to reach out offering a helping hand in my and my sons journey.
