Ryan's ascent of mont blanc 2023

My name is Ryan Hayes and I've chosen to climb to the top of mont blanc which is 4807m/15,773ft high, to help raise awareness and funds for Andys man club.

The trip is now booked for 25th - 31st August 2023

Andys man club is an organisation which offers men up and down the UK a safe space to open up and talk about their issues and help them get through tough times in their lives. With 70+ clubs opening their doors each Monday evening, they have 1000+ men attended on average each week.

I'm one of the facilitators of the Lincoln group so I see first hand the positive effect it's having on men's mental health, it really is changing lives for the better.

 

Those that know me would tell you that passion lies up in the hills where I like to spend as much time as I can either walking, climbing or wildcamping around the UK. It's always been an ambition of mine to climb in the alps, so why not go for the biggest?
