Help the Dubes adopt Ryanne

In July of 2016 I said a prayer.  “Lord, I want to do your will, please show me what you will have me do with the second half of my life” (I was inching closer to 50 with each passing day).  There was no way I could have known that within 3 days my husband and I would become the legal guardians of 9 month old, Ryanne.   The next three and a half years would be a whirl wind of bitter sweetness. With the  joys of watching this precious little person grow and learn, the anxiety of every court date and the determination to keep her in a safe and loving environment.  We trust that Jesus put her in our care and it is by His will that she will stay there.
She is 4 years old now and has known no other caregivers.  She is a blessing in so many ways and brings joy to everyone she encounters.
We are ready and willing to commit the rest of our lives to raising and loving this precious sweet girl.
We are about to begin a rather complicated and potentially lengthy legal proceeding that we hope and pray will end in the adoption of this sweet girl.  This will be a process that is way beyond our means and could easily be seen as an insurmountable undertaking. Our faith is in God!
