Hello Dear Friends and Family,
Being brave sometimes means knowing when to ask for help—and today, we’re asking on behalf of someone incredibly BRAVE!
Our beloved Ryan has been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, leading to loss of muscle control and mobility over time. While there is currently no cure, there are ways to improve quality of life and provide comfort throughout the journey.
We are coming together as a family to support Ryan in every way possible as he adjusts to this life-changing diagnosis. Our immediate goals include:
• Purchasing a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp to ensure safe and reliable transportation;
• Converting his bathroom from a standard tub to a walk-in shower to increase safety and independence at home.
These changes will help Ryan maintain dignity, mobility, and comfort as his needs evolve.
We are riding this wave hand in hand with Ryan, and your love, prayers, and support mean more than words can express. From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for standing with us during this time.
With love and gratitude,
