I’ve been putting off writing this… yesterday, April 14, 2024 my brother my best friend Ryan Heath went through the gates of heaven Ryan I pray that you know that you are so much more than just my brother. You are my best friend my go to. My heart is aching and breaking at the same time. This was also unexpected. You’re so young… I still have the text messages that you sent me and they would start out with you’re the best sister ever you know you’re my best friend. I don’t know where I’d be at if it wasn’t for you by the way can I get 20 bucks lol, I look at my phone. I want that message to come back through my phone and I can get irritated and smile at the same time. You know people say live every day as if it’s your last cause you don’t know what the day will expect to bring or not bring too young to bury one of my siblings and my best friend as we grew older we grow closer our kids are the same age, and they are the best of friends. I pray our sons will continue to fight as if they were brothers and I hope our daughters grow closer together as they get older and look to each other for guidance when it comes to women’s needs and being a best friend I think they already have established the best friend thing, though Everyone thought it was crazy that I would bring you everywhere I went and our kids, I would never leave my best friend out and I definitely wouldn’t leave my kids best friends out so I guess I had no choice… those of you were close to us know that about 10 years ago when Ryan lived with me, he was diagnosed with heart failure. I am the one who actually saved his life for those who don’t know I rushed him to the med center, and then they took him by ambulance and diagnosed him with heart failure, but he made it with a regimen of medication’s. They said he would be OK, but there is still a chance that his arrhythmia heart condition would come back so to make sure that stayed on his strict regiment of medication’s… for high blood pressure purposes. 10 years ago when they diagnosed him with heart failure it was due to a genetic heart and enlargement that made it hard for his heart to pump blood throughout the body. That’s why it was so important for him to stay on his high blood pressure medication… For the past year he has gone through more than enough than one can go through losing his job getting a new job, losing health insurance getting back on health insurance with that being said it was hard to keep the regiment of medication. With him home alone with his two babies, he had a heart attack Sunday afternoon in the shower. Was found by his two kids they ran outside and screamed for help. The neighbors rushed but it was too late. Ryan Edward Heath had already passed at age 42 years old. I’m still trying to process what has happened to my brother so if I don’t answer my phone, please do not be offended. I will reach out to everyone individually in time. Hold people you love close, that saying “live every day as if it was your last” don’t take your life for granted and the people who love you you think your day is going perfect. The weather is perfect and everything’s perfect until you get that phone call, I pray that none of my friends will ever have to go through that pain that I am going through today. But Ryan would tell you live your life to the fullest. Live your best life.❤️
