I am Kelsey's biological father, Anthony Wilson. Please assist me with getting Justice for my daughter Kelsey. She was seriously hurt 12/10/2019 by an evil man who decided to give her a bath in scolding hot water. She has to have multiple surgeries and will take at least a year to fully recover.
