RV-ONE is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that focuses on using the outdoors along with fitness, creativity and adventure to rehabilitate the mind.
The majority of the team have struggled with MH injuries in the past such as PTSD, depression and anxiety and although we have military backgrounds we welcome everyone, not just military and we provide support for anyone.
We are delighted to say that due to the generosity of the Exmouth Community, Exmouth Town FC and the Exeter Chiefs RFC, we can now confirm that we have purchased and placed our HUB in the heart of the Exmouth community at Warren View Sports Arena. We invite all members of the community to come and socialise, talk, train or relax. We have also established a social media platform where members are discussing their MH struggles, organising days out, offering employment and providing support for each other and anyone can join this.
So far we have raised some valuable funds by organising a male and female National 3 Peaks Challenge, 24 Hour wodathons and some community projects.
All donations are very much appreciated no matter how big or small and the money will be put to good use. Alternatively, if you would like to conduct a charity fundraising event for RV-ONE we would be extremely grateful and we will support you to do so.

Our next challenge is the National 3 Peaks challenge which will take place on Friday 19th May. We will aim to complete this in 24 hours but it’s going to be tough as we are leading Exmouth’s gun slingers, outlaws, bandits and cowboys and I’m not talking about Chris Cockman, I’m talking about Not The Cowboys. Yes that’s right, it’s Cowboy time.
