Jamie’s IronMan Wales Challenge

On September 3rd I’m attempting the IronMan Wales in Tenby. I am supporting the charity Macmillan Cancer Support in my endeavour. Macmillan have supported my father John through his diagnosis of cancer last year, two major operations and his ongoing chemotherapy treatment. Going from a fit and healthy man to a cancer patient, they were able to assist him through the life changing event. To show our appreciation as a family please help us by donating any thing you can spare to this worthwhile cause. You never know who cancer will effect next and require the services of Macmillan.

I’m not as fit and ready for IronMan this year so the course will be a challenge and the support through fundraising and through out the day will be very much valued.
