Our dear friends Russell and Chrissy need our help!

As many of you know, just over one year ago Russell was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic melanoma which had developed into a brain tumor. In addition to open brain surgery, he went through months of radiation treatment, Cyberknife, as well as removal of 2 more tumors. He also did immunotherapy, which has caused him to suffer several terrible side effects, such as colitis and ezcema.

Russell has been in and out of the hospital, significantly limiting his ability to work and earn income. This week he developed a kidney infection which sent him back to the hospital. It's been a real struggle for the whole family.

Understandably, it's incredibly hard for them to ask for help, so I'm asking on their behalf.

Russell and Chrissy have two beautiful young children, Fox and Leia, both of whom have physical and developmental challenges due to a genetic disorder. This has added to the struggles. The kids need various OT, PT, and other supportive care, which is costly and (mostly) not covered by insurance.

This is a hard time for a lot of families in the film/tv business as we are faced with work shortages amid the WGA Strike. Please, if you are able, donate any amount to help Russell, Chrissy, Fox and Leia weather this hard time.
