My name is Salma Hassan.

I am a General Practice nurse in London,United Kingdom.

One to three times a year I travel to Uganda where I am a founder for Salma Care For Rural Elderly,a Community Based Charity Organisation in Jinja,Uganda.

With every visit we hold a mobile clinic where we offer services such as wound dressing,food security and medical checkups as well as follow ups.

And its for this reason that I am fundraising to support this initiative.

Our goal is to one day open up a nursing home for the rural elderly.
