On the 13th July 2025 Barns and I will be running the London 10K in memory of our amazing Uncle Mark, who sadly passed away in 2010. Those who knew him know that he was always the life and soul of any party, you really could hear that Kiwi accent from a mile away! We have so many great memories of him that we hold onto dearly. To honour our wonderful Uncle, we are raising money for Tough to Talk, a charity that is very close to our hearts.
Tough to Talk is dedicated to raising awareness for men’s mental health. They focus on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in men, encouraging them to open up and talk about what they’re going through, helping to prevent suicide. The charity provides resources and creates safe spaces for men to connect and support each other.
Please help us make a difference by donating to this amazing cause.
For anyone who’d like to come along and support, we’ll be meeting at a pub afterwards for a few beers in honour of Uncle Mark, who was definitely partial to a beer or two!!
