A charity close to my heart now..and one I've been so grateful for over the last few years.

Doing the Great North Run with my lovely friend Liz. It wont be easy for me BUT I will keep moving forwards and cross that finish line....Just like we will as a family, and like my two brave boys have been doing for the last two years.

It's also 20 years since I last did the run...so it had to be done really! 20 years later. Am I fitter than I was 20 years ago? I think I am actually....
