This October, my husband and I are proud to be running the Cardiff Half Marathon in support of Wales Air Ambulance – a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts.

A few years ago, my father suffered a life-threatening medical emergency. Without hesitation, the incredible team at Wales Air Ambulance flew to his aid, providing critical care when every second counted. Thanks to their speed, skill, and compassion, my dad is still with us today. We owe them everything.

Now it’s our turn to give back.
