The Rome Marathon for Hilary
Last year, the mother of our dear friend Anya very sadly passed away from cervical cancer. In her memory, on the 17th of March the four of us will be running the Rome marathon for Jo's Cervical Cancer trust.
Every day, 9 women in the UK are diagnosed with cervical cancer, 2 of which will lose their lives. However, it is preventable.
Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust have a clear mission to eliminate the disease. The charity conducts vital research, disseminates trustworthy information and provides ongoing support to those most affected.
Throughout her last 4 years battling the illness, Hils loved fundraising for this cause and was hugely grateful to Jo’s for the information they shared.
Please join us in supporting this fantastic charity to help make cervical cancer a thing of the past.
