MRSN is a grassroots charity that has been supporting refugees and people seeking asylum in Greater Manchester for over 30 years. They provide practical help, advocacy, and a welcoming community for people who have fled conflict, persecution, and hardship, often arriving here with little more than hope for safety and a new beginning.

Every mile I run will be in solidarity with people who’ve had to take steps far harder than mine, leaving behind their homes in search of safety and dignity.
