Running for relief: spread aloha to those in Maui

Hi, my name is Jess, and I am an undergraduate student studying Environmental Science at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. I am fundraising for the families in Maui affected by the recent wildfires, because if I had lost my home/family/everything I have ever worked for, I would also appreciate people helping me get back on my feet. I am hoping to raise awareness for climate change and also encourage some empathy for those in Maui who need aloha more than anything. I will be running 21km as someone who could be considered the most average runner on the entire planet, and hope this can be a cause for people to donate towards helping these people who have been affected by something that is going to affect the rest of the world very soon. Donations will be sent directly to Maui United Way, to directly help the families who have lost so much. Let's spread ALOHA!
