Despite having never ran anything farther than a 5K, Carbon County Sheriff Alex Bakken will be running the Medicine Bow Rail Trail Marathon (26.2 miles) on August 9th in the mountains of the Medicine Bow National Forest to raise awareness for COVE and for survivors of Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Sexual Assault.
