Im Ben, a first year Sheffield uni student running the Sheffield half marathon, raising money for the MS Society which has affected both my mum and grandmother.

After running for Movember and raising money, I decided to take on the half marathon (with my eyes on a marathon in May). Whilst taking on this challenge I wanted to raise money and awareness for a charity that has been incredibly helpful and close to my family’s hearts.

The MS society supports individuals and families dealing with multiple-sclerosis more than 130,000 people in the UK have MS. Unfortunately there is no cure, but they hope for the future by investing millions in research And together there could be a chance in helping thousands of people.
