On April 27th I will be running in the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon. As part of my race I will be raising money in support of the Ryan Patrick O'Shea Foundation.

For those of you who may not be familiar, the mission of the ​Ryan Patrick O'Shea Foundation is to increase mental health awareness and educate the community to help prevent suicide. The Foundation aims to provide support to those in crisis in an effort to end the self-destructive behavior of suicide that is becoming an epidemic among young people in our communities and across America.

With your support, the foundation can continue to carry out more of the amazing work they have been doing over the last several years.
