Hello!
My name is Paul Tucker, and I am planning my first ever marathon this year in Colorado. I ran my first half marathon last year, and I plan on taking on the challenge of 26.2 miles this October at the Boulder Marathon. That being said, what is the point of running if it isn't for a great cause? I will be running for Adams 14 Education Foundation, a nonprofit that was formed in 1996 to address K-12 educational challenges in the Adams County School District. The Foundation's mission and purpose are to enhance the quality of education in Adams 14, that fund programs that support literacy, students achievement, and expanded learning opportunities for all students. Since its inception the Foundation has raised approximately 2 million dollars to support education and literacy programs.

- Adams 14 serves 6,000 students in the Commerce City area
- Demographics of the area are 87% Hispanic/Latino 9% White and 2% Black
- Currently Adams 14 is hitting a rate of 57.8% for their high school graduation rate.
(100% of donations will be given to the Education Foundation)
1. Scholarship that are awarded to graduating seniors from Adams County School District
2. Learning iniatives to improve graduation rates and improve Academic Scores

1. Sponsor a certain amount per mile I run, I know we are all dealing with uncertainty with the economy but any amount would be appreciated!
