Running for Causes Close to Our Hearts

A dedicated team of paediatric nurses, doctors and support staff from Wards 6&16 in Altnagelvin, and across Northern Ireland are lacing up their running shoes and taking on the Waterside Half Marathon in Derry — all in support of two incredible local charities that mean the world to us.

We're raising funds for Foyle Search and Rescue, who provide excellent care and support to our community in times of great need, and for the Altnagelvin Parents Group, whose ongoing efforts help make our hospital ward a better, more comforting place for children and families every day.

These charities have supported us and the families we care for — now it's our turn to support them.
