Hi, I'm Katie Tunbridge, I'm 21 years old, and this January I’ll be running the Sevilla Half Marathon to raise money for a charity that means the world to me – Help Me Learn Africa.

In the summer of 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Ghana as a volunteer with the charity. During my time there, I helped build a classroom and formed lasting bonds with the local community. It was a truly eye-opening experience that made me realise just how fortunate we are in Gibraltar.

Now, I want to give back. Every penny I raise will go towards supporting the amazing children at the Maranatha School – helping to provide them with essential supplies like food, school equipment, and other basic necessities.
