Running 42km for the Alzheimer’s Society
Excited to share that I’m running the Chester Marathon, taking place on Sunday 5th October 2025. I’m running in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, a charity doing incredible work for those living with dementia.
This disease touches so many, my own family included. I’ll be carrying the memory of my amazing Nana June with me every step of the way! and will push through all 42km for everyone living with or impacted by the awful disease.
If you’re able to support, donate, or send some encouragement my way (I’ll need it, particularly at kilometre 35!), I’d really appreciate it.
Thank you so much!

More information about Alzheimer's Society: At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research. One in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime. We don’t want anyone to face the realities of dementia alone. That’s why your support is vital.
