I'll be dusting off the old running shoes and wearing the warmest woolly hat I can find to run 100km in 4 weeks for Action For Children!

If you're not aware, Action for Children change the lives of children, young people and families across the UK.

And at this time of year it's unthinkable that some children don't have a safe home never mind even having a Christmas day.
