Run with Leo: Support David's Journey

Hello, I am Leo Hernandez, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to raise funds for my beloved brother-in-law, David. David, who was once a pillar of strength and health, is now fighting a courageous battle against Lou Gehrig's Disease. Every time I see him, my heart breaks a little more, knowing the challenges he faces daily. My goal is to alleviate some of the financial burdens that come with his care, both now and in the future.

My Challenge:

Starting May 19th, 2025, at 7 PM, I will embark on a personal journey to run a mile in under 8 minutes every month on the 19th, until December 19, 2025. I will be running in my neighborhood. Each month, I will push myself to run faster than the previous time, despite never having taken on such a challenge before. At 50 years old, this is a daunting task, but it pales in comparison to the struggle David endures every day.
