Run Harrisonburg: Building Healthy Futures

Hello family, friends, and community members of Harrisonburg! Please consider helping us reach our fundraising goal as we start a NEW chapter of Run Your City in Harrisonburg, Virginia!

Run Your City is a nonprofit organization who's mission is to provide every child, regardless of socioeconomic background, the opportunity to grow into healthy, confident, and inspiring individuals. Our program is free to make it more accessible and ensure the barriers to participation are minimized. Run Harrisonburg is committed to building an inclusive community through the sport of running.

We are hoping to raise $1,500 to help kick off our first six week season in the spring of 2025 (official dates soon to be announced)! The money will be put towards the cost of insurance for the Run Harrisonburg chapter volunteers and participants. It will also be put towards supplies, snacks, and other gameday necessities!
