I am running 110k in the month of November for Andy’s man club. Hi, I’m Tom Blakeley. In 2021, I did a bike ride for cancer and raised over £1000 for cancer research uk. In the recent years, I have lost some people very close to me and it has made me feel a bit upset and not happy. This made me realise that some people may need help mentally as poor mental health can kill silently. Andy’s man clubs aim is to halve the number of suicide in men under 45. ‘State Of Mind’ project. This aims to provide all amateur clubs with mental health awareness sessions and identifies a mental health fitness champion in each clubs. It also provides mental health first aid training.
